It's much more difficult than you think Shawn. An audio source such as cda, wav or mp3 has dozens of overlapping notes and their harmonics coming from multiple instruments recorded from multiple tracks. There is no easy way of separating this in...(more)

There is a program called Digital Music Mentor from Sienzo software that will do what you describe. You can download a free demo online. Band in a Box from PGmusic has licensed the same technology so the new version of BiaB can do the same.

The Sterling is a great bass. I had the pleasure of playing one back in the summer. You are so right about the neck, it's very playable.

My lessons were in a great music store so I had a habit of going an hour early to wander around the store. My wife started asking 'what did you buy tonight' every time I'd come back from a lesson. LOL
I miss my lessons; my wallet does not.

That's one great song Vern. I really like Foreigner as well. Mick Jones was great. Fantastic guitarist. Even though he looks like someones nice old grandpa he still rocks.

Here's the scoop on the dryers according to Wikipedia. I think this is accurate as I have seen the same comments in a Geddy Le interview.

You can't keep calling it 'My New Bass' Mo. It needs a name. FrankenJazz was my first thought but it's way too pretty to be a Franken-anything. Hows about the WayMo' Tone bass? LOL

I like my women hot and my Heineken cold
LOL! If I didn't already know, I think I could guess who wrote that line Dave.
It's a good review even with the reference to the 80s. hahaha
