    How do you lower the height of the strings. I get alot of fret buzz from having strings so high at least thats what I think is causing the problem. Can I lower the strings without going to some dude to charge me?

    I try to keep a towel handy so that my equipment doesnt get direct sunlight for long periods of time. If there is a gig where I have to leave my rig on stage I will usually drap a towel over it to block the sunbeam. Other than that....play naked...(more)

    I think that not playing with any musicians held my learning curve a bit. You have everything on this site to help set you up with knowing how to USE the bass. Now playing with others will help you LEARN the bass much quicker. You will be amazed...(more)

    Thanks alot...I use the Major/Minor Pentatonic scales...now I just tried the Dorian and I like the feel of that scale.
