I have only one song to say..."Ramble On" by Led Zeppelin. John Paul Jones is a genius to have thought of that and is really under-rated.

He also has a bow solo on their older DVD "The Song Remains the Same". It a good solo and a good concert, if you don't have it you should check it out.

I agree, the best is seeing Jimmy Page do it. I have a concert of there's on DVD and by the end of his bow solo the strings from the bow have snapped and are hanging off the bow. So I would say it hurts it.

Well I would use a computer program but my computer isn't so good. I would rather have a console recorder for better reliability anyway. Thanks for posting though.

Well I know that the people in studios get paid because they know how to work all of that equipment, the problem is that the nearest studio is about 30-40 miles away.

I would consider my self a serious musician I guess. And I practice a couple hours a day, it varys from time to time but probably no less than 2 hours a day; I usually space the time out and take breaks though.
