About me
I'm a newbie bass player from Torrelles del Llobregat, a small town near Barcelona, Spain.
I started to learn to play bass October, Tuesday 30th, 2007.
I am following lessons here at active bass and I have a teacher in Barcelona. I go once a week.
I joined a band, August, Friday the 22nd, 2008. The band is called The Deeps. Much more experienced musicians than me. We play Deep Purple, Rainbow, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest mainly, but also some UFO, Malmsteem, Zeppelin...
I joined a starting power-trio May 3rd, 2010. It is our own material, more melodic-rock.
I joined another band, "KISS of Death", just formed May 4th, 2010, which is a tribute band to KISS (even if it actually is the name of a Motörhead album)

My equipment
-Rickenbacker 4003.
-Fender MIM P-Bass Deluxe Special (the old Baja Series).
-Epiphone Thunderbird Goth.
-A beautiful Ibanez EWB-20 acoustic bass.
-Gallien Krueger 800RB head (biamp, 300W low/ 100 high)
-Gallien Krueger 4x10RBH cabinet + 1x18 peavey black.
-POD XT with bass extensions.
-Tascam MT-BP1. This is great to learn with, specially for me the bass sound enhancer (which makes the bass sound clearer in a song).
-Carvin 5 string fretless bass kit. Soldering it, but with my light case of shakes, difficult.
I also play a bit guitar, but bass is taking up 98% of my playing time now.
-Guitars: Variax 300, Silvertone Paul Stanley PSSN1 (this I sold cheap to my kiss tribute band guitarist)
-Guitar AMP: Behringer V-tone GM 8
