I have played bass now for approxamately five to six years. Ihave played in several low key bands, including a death metal band of which i was the singer. I play with my local Church every sunday and have been doing that for about five and a half years.i play frequently with our drummer's Dad's blues and rock band, which is just him me and the drummer(A-rock). i'm currently in two rock bands one called edyn and one called patchwork, in patch worck i play the bass, guitar, vocals, and piano. I also spent a year with the San Diego Youth Syphonic Orchestra. now that was fun we played at Coply Symphony Hall down in the big S.D. a couple of times, to a couple thousand people which was insane, i swear i was scared to death, but it was oh so fun. i just landed a job teaching bass, guitar, drums, and piano at a local music shop and i must say it is one of the most exciting and inspiring things i have done yet its always been a dream of mine. and a few months ago my employer and i did a latino worship and music conference where i got to meet and play with some of the most amazing musicians. i played with and took a little lesson from Abroham Lobriel, jammed a little with Richie Gajate Garcia the man at drums, and also met Pedro Eustache, and more that was so much fun.
Gear
My rig (gear) consists of, a fender fretles jazz bas which i have customized, a warwick corvette proline, a spector legend 5, a conklin 7 string, and a 80 year old german upright flatback. i play either through a ampeg 4x10, powered by a qsc mosfett amp using a ampeg svt-bsp billy sheenan pre, and a bbe sonic maximizer ,and a furman power conditioner ,and use a chorus, delay, synth wah, wah, compressor, and reverb pedals. I also play drums and a little guitar( i own a Taylor).
