Bass & Bass.
Remember, if the room ain't shaking, the bass players faking.
I'm Rick and I love rock & roll.
I'm 49 years old and and currently play in a couple of bands. I play bass in my main band "Oyster". Check our website www.myspace.com/oyster1. We are a 4 piece (drums, bass, 2 guitars, lead & backing vocals) band and the songwriter/vocalist is a guy called Chris Layhe who was the bass player (he's now a rhythm guitarist) in the 80's Liverpool band "The Icicle Works". Styles take in Rock, blues and country, and influences include, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Who, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Stones etc. My other band is a garage band, yet to be named. We are a 4 piece punk(drums, bass, guitar, lead vocals) covers band and I play the drums. Not much of drummer but I enjoy learning. We cover stuff such as The Clash, The Jam, The Stranglers, The Sex Pistols, The Undertones etc. Great fun it is too! I am also into home recording, and have recently been getting into a bit of songwriting. I've now got my own MySpace site:- www.myspace.com/tickraylor
