I've only been playing bass for about 2 years now, but practice about an hour a day and feel like I am advancing in technique and style very quickly. Im completely self taught; I learn only from friends, books, and online tabs. Although it isn't the most complicated music, I'd have to say playing flea's rock/funk slap style is definitely my favorite, but I also enjoy any other type of music that has serious groove. I guess that about sums it up...I would make this page look pretty, but html takes time, and thats time that I could be playing bass, so rock on!
