About me
I started playing the bass late in life 34 yrs old. I know, but it took a job transfer and having no friends or pre-occupations to get my a-- in gear. After 5 yrs. and 12 basses, LOL. I love this instrument. I always wanted to be a bass player, never a guitar convert. I moved from a 4 string to a 5 after about 2 yrs., and am happy that I switched. I find the five alot more versitile, but have no desire for a six, YET. I enjoy playing Funky Blues, R&B stuff, Funk, and rock with interesting bass lines.
Gear
Gear- I change this like under wear, currently using an Eden wt800 and a SWR Goliath III, MTD 535 or a Roscoe Beck Fender (incredible for the price - $800.00 used in perfect cond.} Crest vs 650 w/ an Alembic F1-X. And last but not least, I just bought an Acacia custom 5.A Fodera Emperor deluxe 5 and an Epifani 3X10 Highly recommend this cabinet, A Demeter vtb201 sitds on top of a QSC2402 for the 3X10, greta power to weight ratio.
