Metal music has the best bass lines of any genre. Whether it be galloping lines or scalur passages, or just downright heavy e-string thrashing it is incredible. If you truly want to understand this go out and buy either Best of the Beast or Powerslave by Iron Maiden and you will undeerstand why Harris is one of the most respected players in the genre
