Excellent quality transcriptions, great for learning the bands songs, or their techniques of playing. Great songs as well! A book to really enjoy. Standard-notation and TAB. Includes chord changes.
Suitable for intermediate bassists

Excellent book, but not suitable to all, especially when you want to perform the songs in a gig, not only in your bedroom. The transcriptions are pretty accurate, except for the first part of Xanadu, wich lack the little fills. There are songs for intermediate players, but it is much more for the serious learner than the casual bonfire player as a lot of work must be done before achieving a good tone. It made me a tighter player as Geddy uses weird time signatures and rythm figures all the time. 20 songs are included (YYZ, Red Barchetta, Working Man, Freewill, La Villa Strangiato) but the book lacks the old hard rocker songs such as Anthem, Bastille Day and a complete version of 2112. Overall, it's the best Rush transcription book I've seen up to now.
Suitable for advanced bassists
