Ed Cox used to work at Ted Brown Music in Tacoma, WA, which is where I met him. He has done a couple of setups for me and has always treated me well. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very proud of his work, as he should be. While I was in the store with my own instrument, he showed me a restoration project that he was doing and explained in detail all of the intricate things he was doing to it. It was a crash course in guitar restoration!
