The video is very well produced both visually and audibly, and there are great camera angles of both left and right hand techniques. The instruction is clear and concise, and there are always sufficient opprtunities to practice along with the track. Friedland's teaching style is inviting for all levels of players, offering both challenges and encouragement within his lessons. Among my favorite aspects of the video are his interpretations of the various styles of Louis Johnston, Larry Graham. and Marcus Miller. All in all, a very worthwhile video for a player wanting to add slapping technique to his or her repertoire.
