I just started using this (recommended to me by Paul Warren) but I can see this as being a very fast, accurate and easy way to transcribe songs that I want to learn.
One very useful feature too is the ability to transpose keys.

The version that I downloaded from sienzo.com is available only for PC. System requirements, as per their manual:
PC or 100% compatible
Pentium II @ 600MHz or higher
Windows 98 & up
128Mb RAM or more
Sound card/CD ROM/Internet connection
It took me minutes to download, install and analyze my first song.I did have to refer to the manual for a couple of minor items - the menus could be a little more intuitive.
This software is unique in my experience. For the first time I can get an idea of what chords are used in songs I'm interested in playing quickly and easily. When I tried it on songs I knew I found the results very accurate. The only improvements I can suggest are speed improvement on older systems and the text export would be way better if it kept the measure. As it is I have to print the output for transcribing to Band-in-a-Box. Overall this is a very useful product at a reasonable price.

The software does run on my Celeron 400 with 384MB RAM running windows 98. It is slow on this configuration though. However since the manufacturer say you need a processor running at 1.5GHz at a minimum I think this is Ok. The results from running the software are really useful. I have been able to understand the chording of a number of song since purchasing the software.
The software was quite easy to use. I had my first song analysed in minutes.
