This is a book offered as an introduction to jazz for players that normally focus on other styles. The tabs aren't bad - they start off very basic and work up. The "turnarounds" section has some nice lines. However, the CD examples arte only played one time through - OK as a reference, but not as useful for playing along with to really be able to aborb the lines. Looping each example 4 times would dramatically increase the value of the book/CD set (IMHO).
