Only amp I looked at. I would try to buy a better amp.The volume could be improved. My favorite part of this amp is it's portable and good for practice. The worst aspect is it could be a bit louder. If you want a good practice amp I'd go with this.
Model Year: 2005
Price: $119.99 (new)
Where Obtained: Musicianfriend.com
Features:
Bass Mid Treble Volume knobs. No channel switching or an effects loop.It only powerful enough for practices with and acoustic guitars or an electric with the volume down.Solid electronics.
Sound Quality:
I use a fender standard p-bass with it.I play rock jazz and blues.Probably good for other styles i just haven't tried them yet.Only amp I've used.Noisy if any of the eqs are up full. It's pretty clean at high volumes.
Ease of Use:
No its not programmable. It does can a lot of fiddling to get the clean sound i look for.
Durability:
I don't use it live but it probably wouldn't be loud enough for a live show.Never had to repair it.It's pretty heavy duty it's a tough little amp.

This is a good amp to start with, a good amp to practice and groove for fun. But if you are serious and need an amplifier to record in the studio or for live sessions, you definitely should seek for something more professional.
Model Year: 2005
Price: $130.00 Euro (new)
Where Obtained: Sangiorgi Musica e Dischi - Faenza (RA)
Features:
This solid-state mono amplifier is equipped with headphones out and RCA in sockets. It has volume control and Bass, Mid and Treble controls. It only has one channel.
Sound Quality:
This amplifier is good where you don't need to add many effects: in fact it gives its best with clean sound. It's mainly an amp for practice so the sound quality is not exceptional: the sound is a bit dull.
Ease of Use:
It's easy to obtain the right sound, due to the lack of advanced controls. It's a switch-on-and-groove amplifier.
Durability:
The build of this amplifier is mechanically very resistant. It has a rugged case, and anti-kick grill in front of the speaker. Very solid.

This is a great beginner's Bass amp that can be easily toted around to your classes or practice sessions. Lightweight and very durable. I am very pleased with the depth of sound it puts out. It has a few knobs to tweak the output, and an input jack for external sound sources. Overall... It's enough amplification to do the job without p---ing off the neighbors.

Overall i like this amp. i looked at other fenders and marshalls but they were not in my price range at the time. as a practice amp it's exellent but i still have reservations when it comes to giging. in a larger hall i think it will struggle but in smaller venues it should do fine. from a personal point of view i think i will probable move to the rumble 100 later, but i will keep the 25 for practice at home.
Model Year: 2005
Where Obtained: local music store
Features:
It's certainly well loaded for a mini combo and looks the part. it's quite powerful for it's size. i have the rumble 25 which i initially purchased for practice, but have since joined a band and the 25 does reasonably well i rehersals. i haven't used it at a gig yet but i fear it will not be powerful enough. the volume, bass, treble and mid contols are good so you can get some good tones out of it. it has two inputs, passive and active. i tend to use the active more. it has the headphone socket which is great and the input for CD is great so you don't need to have too many leads to get tangled up and you get everything through the headphones or speaker. previously i haven't had that, ive had the CD on those little earphones with headphones over them (looked a a bit wierd but did the job!) the funkiest thing though is the little LED's below the speakers that glow brighter the louder you play.
Sound Quality:
I use both my aria tab 60 and ibanez blazer with this amp. both basses have different strings (flats and wounds) so that i can produce different bass sounds with different songs. the rumble does well at producing clean sounds with both basses.
Ease of Use:
It is easy to use, not complicated once set up i rarely need to return to the amp to change the sound.
Durability:
Mine gets bounced around to and from rehersals and seems to be very durable. again i don't know how it will perform at a live gig but generally a reliable solid little combo.

I would buy a larger amp it I lost this one, but for the amp it is, it is great. I love the CD imput feature. You can play along to a recording of a song you are trying to learn. Very portable, and doen't require much maintanace. Awesome amp for beginners or for practicing in a quiet situation. If you were playing a gig and you wanted to set up your main amp on the stage, this one is great for practicing

Overall it is a good amp for almost anything, except loud stage jobs! i enjoy it, and u can crank it up when u want to and still get a good sound out of it!
Model Year: 2004
Price: $150.00 (new)
Where Obtained: GuitarCenter
Features:
Controls-volume bass mid treble, it is plenty strong enough for house practice and band practices. is awsome for metal playing!
Sound Quality:
I use a affinity p-bass with a distortion pedal. i mostly play metal and the amp is well fitted for it. i think it is fitted for almost any style of music though. it is loud enough to set of my car alarm in the drive way dureing practice. and it has fairly good sound at a loud volume, but at times can be a lil distorted.
Ease of Use:
This amp is not programmable, unforunatly. it is very easy to get a good sound out of it though. it is one of the easer small amps that i have used.
Durability:
It is reliable enough to play at a small gig, but i wouldnt recommend it for loud stage gigs! i have had it for almost a year and i havent need to get it repaired. and its construction is very heavy-duty and will with stand a lot!

It is light, portable combo, easy to use and useful for accoustic jam sessions. 15W is enough.
Model Year: 2003
Price: $135.00 3.900 CZK (new)
Where Obtained: Shop
Features:
Tone controls-bass, mid, treble. +-15dB, adjustable at 0 central volume, bass input, CD input, headphones output. There are no more switches for effect loops or features like this
Sound Quality:
Noise is earable when switched on, but it is not audible while playing. It is loud enough to play with accoustic guitars. I haven't tried it with drums, so I can't compare the volume-level. It can be used for any styles. The tone controls make hearable changes in sound. (I tried little bit slap, fingers). I can't compare it with another little amps, but the sound is very good. Nowadays I use is particularly as an amplifier for the listening to music. The CD conectors are "2 x cinch". It plays loud, without clean treble (it's a bass combo). Volume must be set at the CD player, the same with sound setting. Bass/mid/treble knobs work for bass input only.
Durability:
It seems to be reliable for live playing (it can be used with mic). I didn't try to throwthrough the window, but the usual using isn't dangerous. Tough carpet covering and metal grille.
