I will not give this cab up. As a matter of fact, I am looking to purchase another one so I can have a 4x12 stack. I have played thru several amps, but I was looking for something that could crank at least 700 watts and that is why I recently purchased the Peavey Max700. My Carvin RC210 combo had the R600 amp, but the amp was a little too confusing for me to fidget with (which also eliminated considering the R1000). I really wanted the B800 from Carvin, but I came across this Max700 that was too good a deal to pass up (price wise). Anyhoo . . . I was only looking to up the wattage on my amp just to better utilize those 1000 watts she is rated for!

I purchased the Delta LF bass guitar cab (you can get them in Neo or Kappa speakers, I believe). The high power capacity Eminence Delta 12 LFs have that deep bass like a 15 but can still move fast enough to give you plenty of midbass punch too (of which, I prefer). The B212 cabs are available in either a 4 ohm cab or 8 ohm cab.
As I said, mine carries the Eminence Delta LFs which are my favorite. I play 4 bangers tuned BEAD, so I need to know my low freqs are going to come thru nice and clear. Others will do the trick - but the Delta series have always been good to me. Each speaker is rated at 500 watts & there are 2 of these in the cab - obviously. Do the math - thats 1000 watts of tinitis! I have played thru this cab with several heads & combos (Carvin RC210, Peavey Max450 and now, the Peavey Max700) and this cab sounded beautiful everytime (even when my music wasn't :^D ) I have also played various styles of music thru it ranging from Christian Praise & Worship to Classic/Modern Rock. I love the mids (the growl) I get from this cab!
Well, its heavy, so get casters. But, it isn't any heavier than say a 4x10 - which is comparable in size. The Neo's lighten up the load to 56 Lbs (as opposed to this cabs 75 Lbs). Has the option of a 1/4 jack or speakon connection.
This girl is built like a tank and will stand the test of time and abuse! She came out of the box ready to play with everything bolted & screwed tight. I have had this cab since the summer of 2004 and she has served me well. If you are looking for something to be a workhorse, yet sound like a thoroughbred - here she is!
This is my first cab, i play it with a Behringer 300W head. I would greatly consider this cab for the price, and the quality features it provides. If it were stolen, i would consider buying another (i have a low budget, HEY, im only 17) This thing looks great and sounds great.

I mean, what can i say, its a cab. What features is it supposed to have? It has a speakonn connector, along with 2 1/4" inputs and a volume knob for the tweeter. Also has handles in the side.
Sounds great, the tweeter is loud, but with its own volume control just turn it down and it will be fine.
This cab sounds great and is built like a tank. And like a tank, it is very heavy, CASTERS RECOMMENDED. Very easy to move with them.
Very durable, it can handle abuse with its heavy duty construction. It is a bit heavy, so casters are a must. It has handles on the side so it can be carried.
You really cant go wrong with this cab. I've had trouble finding 2x12. Aguilar make some, but they are over priced. If you want a cab that can deliver the lows, mids, and highs, get this cab. Avatar has 4x10's and 1x15's,also, so you can check out those! It comes in 4ohm or 8ohm. The price is awesome and Dave is a great guy, you wont go wrong with Avatar

This cab has a tweeter with a volume control on the back panel. Very useful and the tweeter is awesome. It has a speakon connector and two 1/4" connectors. It's 500W per speaker (these are EMINENCE DELTA LFs) thats 1000W total! What else do you need?
First of all, I use a crappy P-Bass copy and a SVTII-PRO. I blame my amp for the lack of volume, but this amp DOES BOOOM. It delivers everything I need. It has tooons of bass, and the mids and highs are awesome. The tweeter enhances the highs and it's sounds veyr clean. Of course, all tweeters have a little buzz or hiss, so just adjust the volume to how you like it.
You can get casters for $10 more, it rolls around easy once installed and it has side handles. If you're a big person you can probably carry it on your own. But it's simple transportation with two people.
The construction is tough just like any of those name brands, this is built like the big boys. The carpet and grill is nice, and it just seems like it's built awesome!
I choose this because it was so praised and versatile and it's price is AMAZING. It means only one cab to lug around, it handles the REAL lows and the glassssssssy highs perfectly. Get the wheels, set the tweeter, and simply enjoy playing bass.

Adjustable tweeter, VERY loud because of efficiency. Two 12" speakers, 500 watt RMS each making 1000W RMS total. Great speakers, fender uses the same brand. I <3 this cabinet. Has one speakon connector, two 1/4" jacks. Mine is 4 ohms.
Love the sound. Very, very versitile. The 12's are great. I play it with my main bass, a MIM fender jazz fretless. It gives me that perfect fretless growl that I love when I play. I like it better than my old laney; the laney was too dry and quiet. The tweeter CAN get noisy, but I keep the volume of it at about half and it handles everything perfectly.
Well, it's a bit heavy, but casters help a ton. You put an amp in; not much else to it. Considering this is the only thing I will probably ever need because of its loudness and sonic perfection, its weight isn't that bad, and I'm not a very "strong" teenager(varsity cross country, not much on the weights).
Very durable. Have had no problems with it. The construction seems to be great.
This cab kicks some serious hiney. Forget 10s and 15s, just get the 12s. If it were stolen I would get another one. In fact, I think I'll get another one even if it isn't stolen!

There is a level control for the Foster horn, but you really only set that once then forget about it.
This is the 4 ohm model (you get to choose 4 or 8)
It dishes out the lows, and punches out the mids and highs. It's a bird, it's a plane, it's SUPERCAB!
For ease of use I would have to mention the portability aspects. It is bulky (the size of a 4x10) but not too heavy to lift as one person. The handles make carrying easy.
Bombproof contruction, nice carpet. And just TRY to fry this thing, it's rated at 1000 watts!
As a side note, I mentioned to Dave on the phone that I had read about the screws coming loose during shipment in one review. He said that was the only time he had ever heard of it happening, and now everyone that orders asks about the screws because of that one review! He was a bit flaggergasted about the whole situation. So give the guy a break and don't ask about the screws. Great guy.
