Post Nirvana Dave Ghrol doing some mean work on this album. I like it and would recommend it to any one who likes rock music. Dont expect to hear Nirvana part 2 though......

I like this record a lot, because it can be hard, but they (musically) still have something to say. It's not just "hard because that's what rock 'n roll is all about". They're great. The album is a bit different from their previous stuff - but I like it ! Dave Grohl thinks of himself as a "not so good" drummer; well I think he's great. And he does a damn good job as the frontman of the Foo Fighters too. Rock on ! :)

Lots of people judge dave grohl by nirvana! but i should say that although i'm a great nirvana fan, this music is some thing totally different :) dave grohl is a very talented musician, a great drummer a great guitarplayer and a wonderful vocalist,this music is something new to foo fighters, if you've listende queens of stone age so you'd hear the major influence of dave on their latest recording songs for the deaf.. my favorite track in this album is times like this, wonderful with great feel and energy :)
