There are a couple of Slow Blues tunes that I really LOVE! Everybody Wants to go to Heaven and Keep Me From Sinking Down. Oh my...When I hear these two tunes, I just want to hang my head down, shake it from side-to-side, throw my hands in the air and say...Lord, have mercy on my poor Black soul!! It does not get much better that that!
The VIH Blues Band is Impression and shared experiences. We are not told to much of the Pain and Suffering of being on, The Wrong Side Of the Blues, we already know that! We are guided through a Sonic picture of it by the VIH Blues Band. We share Impressions with the VIH Blues Band!
Bassist Frank Cambrai (a member of Activebass.com) works together with Drummer Larry Baudoin, forming the Rhythm section of The VIH Blues Band. They complement each other very well and fit so beautifully well behind the Guitarist/Vocals Sterling Koch . This makes everything WORK!! And it shows!!!!!
When I die and go to Heaven, I hope that I am in that section of Heaven where the Victory in Heaven Blues Band is playing....Forever!!!!
