This amp was a gift, and i wouldnt buy it again. Theres a lot this amp could be better at. its really just an amp, plain and simple, nothing special, nothing above par...
Price: $150.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Local Music Shop
Features:
FEATURES * Bass Amp * 30 Watts * 10" speaker * 1 channel * Active/passive inputs * 3 band EQ * EFX loop * Headphone Output * Retail Price $159.90 Solid state electronics (I think), it is powerful enough for personal use, but beyond that it is useless.
Sound Quality:
Not great, sometimes the sound quality is improved by going through a BP-50 (which isn't good)
Ease of Use:
Well, it is simple... so i guess it isn't hard to use
Durability:
Not great, like most aspects of this amp

Get a Harkte if you want a decent practice combo. YUK.
Model Year: 2002
Price: $90.00 Uk Pounds (new)
Where Obtained: MachineHead UK
Features:
10" speaker 3 band EQ 30 Watts Basic Practice combo
Sound Quality:
Used a Squier 5 and it worked fine at low volumes at home or with Head phones Good for low volume practice at home with small guitar combo accompanying and light vocals. Crap if you want to play loud cos you get no definition at all just distortion. doesnt pick up low B very well. Why bother? Save a bit longer and get something better.
Ease of Use:
Easy to use, just turn it on and fiddle with the EQ for a minute and of you go.
Durability:
Seemed pretty solidly built. I got rid of it before I got to blow it up though. Dropped it by acident once and it didnt have a scratch and still worked fine.

It was this or an Ampeg BA110, i couldnt afford the ampeg so i got this...i wouldnt buy it again, no need to know but ive had it for a while. A lot could make this amp better but washburn knows that, this was their first bass amp.
Model Year: 2002
Price: $110.00 (new)
Where Obtained: Musicians Friend
Features:
3-band EQ, contour control, effects loop. Being 30w and 1x10" its not in its nature to be loud but it works well for writing music and practicing pieces. According to Washburn it has a built in compressor.
Sound Quality:
I use it with an Ibanez GSR100 and i play most musical styles with it, its really bright and may not sound too great for jazz but other than that i dont see how there could be any problems with it. It does distort at high volumes because its slightly more powerful than its speaker can handle.
Ease of Use:
Its an easy to use amp, if you know what you want you can get the sound your looking for pretty fast. I find most amps easy to use unless they are like the MO' Bass systems which take a little time.
Durability:
This amp should not be used in a live situation, it will not be loud enough nor is it built well enough. The price is reflected in its construction.
