My shoulder doesn't hurt as much anymore when I play! I also find it to be more comfortable over all. I would maybe like the strap to be little bit shorter and have more padding, but it works as is. Do I reccomend it? You betcha!!!

The internal padding makes bass playing more comfortable, and being able to adjust the length from either or both ends is a definite plus!
This strap is fairly durable I would say. I've not found anything wrong with any of the products from Planet Waves! Also, the fact that the padding is internal means that it's not going to fray like some straps with the moveable pad do.
