No
kinda
easy cuz its so small
For your house BUT NOT A GIG
not often
its good thats why i like ampeg
I also looked at the Fender Bassman 25. I bought the Ampeg for two reasons. 1) the guy at the music store with the Fender was rude, 2) they didn't have the Fender in stock, and I needed it for a gig that I didn't want to carrie my G-K and a cab to.
It was a toss between the Ampeg and the Fender.
If it was stolen...I'd be p---ed! but I would go get another one just like it.
What I like best about the 110 is the sound to weight factor:) It don't weigh very much and it sounds good.
You can easy carry your ax in one hand and the amp in the other. Unless your ax is a 3/4 upright.
Model Year: 2000

The 110 is a solid state, kickback style practice amp with active and passive inputs, along with RCA L\R inputs. It has one master volume, three band EQ, and a contour switch. It has a 1/4" line out and 1/4" headphone out. At 30watts it's not going to blow you away, but it will blow away any of the 8" practice amps.It is powerful enough to practice with or do acoustic type gigs.
I use several differant basses with mine, including my active Fender P-deluxe, a Alvarez acoustic/electric also active, a Peavey fretless, it's passive, and a 3/4 upright with a K&K pickup. I use it for practice, and for Bluegrass gigs with the upright. Practice is classic rock and blues, sometimes some country mixed in.
It is better than any other amp of it's size I have ever tryed. BUT it is just a 30watt with a 10. My stage rig is 700watts into a 18 and two 10s.
It is quiet to about 8 or 9 on the volume, depending on the EQ.
It's just a little amp, how hard can it be?
Plug and play.
The first one I bought, I used the next day with my upright on a bluegrass/gospel gig. I don't know if I blew it or it was blown out of the box. But a quick trip back to the music store, and a new amp, and I have not had any trouble sense. It has held up great.
