Great for Begginers, it cost me only 100$ and lasted me for years. Its been through alot but it still produces a great sound. If i saw another Kay in the sotres i would probably buy it.
Price: $100.00 Canadian (new)
Where Obtained: Music 21
Features:
24 fret Neck. Volume and Tone knobs. Precision Pickups. Black Finish. Precision Body (A Little Smaller than the Fender Model) In row Tuning Keys.
Playability:
A Very Easy bass to get used to. It was my frist bass and i could move around the neck with relative ease.
Sound Quality:
A Nice sound. Works best with a Large Amp (100w +), smaller amps produce a Poorer sound with this bass for some reason. It sounds very close to a P-Bass. It does humm when left alone.
Durability:
Strong as Hell. Its been dropped an unimaginable amount of times and is still good as new. the Tuning keys that came on it were a little fragile so i had to replace them but overall this is a very sturdy bass.
