Overall Rating:
I'd probably buy an SVT if this were ever lost or stolen. Not that I don't like it, I would just consider it a step up, mainly due to more power and I am now officially an all-tube guy.
Price: $135.00
Where Obtained: Mike's Pawn Shop-Birmingham, AL
Features:
Master Vol, Bass Channel-Deep switch, Vol, Bass, Mid, Treb. Normal Channel-Bright switch, Vol Bass, Mid, Treble. No Channel switching, No Loop, No stereo, just a plain Jane tube head. It is pretty dang powerful too.
Sound Quality:
It needs a couple of filter caps so right now it is a little noisy on the Bass channel. I play alernative rock and it is fine for this or just about anything you could name. It's no SVT but its pretty good for $1 per watt. It gets a little broken up at high vol, but that has a lot to do with my cabs too.
Ease of Use:
No brains whatsoever are required to operate this dinosaur.
Durability:
It is around 20 years old, need I say more?
