If you'd like to submit an MP3 to ActiveBass, please send us an e-mail from the email account listed in your member settings with "MP3 Submission" in the subject line, and include the following information below. Note that we require a bit more information than most sites, due to our focus on education

MP3 Information

The name of the song
(i.e. "My Cool Tune")
The URL of the MP3 file on the Web
(i.e. "http://www.mysite.com/myband/mycooltune.mp3")
The URL of a photo of yourself on the Web
(i.e. "http://www.mysite.com/myband/mypicture.jpg")
A one-sentence description of the MP3
(i.e. "My Cool Tune is a metal song written last year for my band's new CD")
The musical style of the MP3
(i.e. "Rock", "Metal", "Blues", etc.)
The equipment used on the recording
(i.e. what basses, amps, effects, etc. were used?)
A few instructional paragraphs describing the MP3
(i.e. what tunings, chords, and scales were used?)
