Not because it is great tone, not because it shows me off as a great bass player. Instead because it is good music, made with one of my best friends, and one of the best guitar players I've ever worked with.

Check it out, especially if you have wondered what kind of music I like.

While it isn't my favorite genre I still think it sounds very good. Excellent clarity. Everything sounded really good in the mix. Great bass playing too Kelly.

Thanks, Paul.

It seems like almost nothing that gets recorded comes out quite right. This one did.

Ain't that the truth! What really gets me is wondering how they used to get good mixes with analog equipment. It must have been a real hard job.

Good stuff, Kelly!

The music, and possibly some of the lynics, would fit well on our local Northern Community Radio, public radio with all-volunteer music programmers who play everything you don't hear on any Top 40 format . . . which is a LOT of music.

Stream it here:

KAXE/KBXE Northern Community Radio

The new studio, KBXE, just went live this past spring just a mile or so down the street from us. When I have I fewer things to do, I'll take a turn at being a music programmer myself. Not just now, though.

Seriously, Kelly, if you have a CD of Todd's music, send it to the station. Every day during the week they play tracks from the new albums that have come into the station.
