Step 1 - get a picture hosting account (photobucket.com comes to mind & there are others) and copy your pictures

Step 2 use html (Photobucket will actually generate link code for you) to link to picture on hosting site

You have to upload your pics on either
photobucket.com or imageshack.com (there are others,
but these are the two main ones). When you do that,
you will see the option of posting pics (they
provide the html code for you) to a forum like this.
