Nothing to it. First, open a (free) account at a photo website, I use photobucket.com. Post your pics there. Copy the link to that pic. On photobucket there is a button on each pich for that. The link will look like this:
http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/Gar_Whitenton/1949FrixoXMasCard.jpg
Paste the link into your AB message.
Now place a less-than sign (<) at the start of the link, followed by:
img src=
Finally, place a greater-than sign (>) at the end.
Your AB post should now look like this:
< img src=http://i801.photobucket.com/albums/yy296/Gar_Whitenton/1949FrixoXMasCard.jpg >
I put spaces in my example, before and after the greater-than/less-than signs so you can actually see the code. When you leave the spaces out it lookes like this:
