Well Im getting married Bro. I posted about it you probably just missed it. I met this woman in July, just a chance meeting through friends. She is a widow whose husband died ten years ago in a car accident. She is REALLY religious though! Her name is Sandy. Sandy said Im not just a sinner, my whole life is a sin. She makes me get up and go to church with her every Sunday. Its really hard after a Saturday night gig! But, Sandy and I were talking about the band and we decided its time for me to retire. March 24th (My birthday) will be my last gig with Steel. I havent found a way to tell the boys yet. But, Sandy said God will help me through it. Sorry Bro I cant go out drinking with you because I had to give it up. Sandy was really on me about it and I wasnt drinking that much anyways anymore so I just stopped drinking. She has a house in E-town so I will be moving there once were married. I sure will miss Mechanicsburg though. No more Jubilee Day I guess. But, she is a really good woman and has a great heart. She was a virgin when she met her late husband and he is the only man she has ever had sex with. She said she wont have sex with me until we get married. Its been very hard difficult. She wont let me do anything and I mean ANYTHING!!! She does sleep over at my place on weekends. But, I sleep on the sofa and she sleeps in my bed. It just got to be too much for me to take. About a month ago I just couldnt take it anymore. She was asleep upstairs and I ordered some porn on one of the adult channels. I had the volume down to a whisper. She caught me masturbating. I never heard here coming but apparently she didn't have that problem hearing me doing the same. She cried and begged me to pray for forgiveness. After about a half hour of non stop crying and pleading I did. We were originally going to get married in August. But, after that night Sandy agreed to push the date up to April so I wouldnt have to wait as long. She is a really beautiful woman! I guess I love her at least to some degree. Im just getting older I guess and dont want to live my life alone anymore. I look at the band and how many relationships Ive lost over it and what do I have to show for it? Its just time for me to move on to something better than sex, Heineken, and Rock n Roll.

(now for the truth) Im doing good Bro. Im writing the next Steel CD at the moment and playing in another band F5. Im just helping F5 out until they find another bass player. But, they are really dragging their feet with that! Brian and I have become quite the mechanics. After we put the transmission in my Chevy, we put an engine in my Ford Ranger. Today we just finished putting a clutch in his Ranger. I told him we mide as well open up a shop and start fixing cars.
Thats cool your getting back into photography Bro. If you get into it full swing you ever think about shooting bands? Bands are always looking for photographers for live shows and promo material. Hey maybe you could shoot Steel and then airbrush the pics to make us look younger.LOL!
I would love to get together and knock a few back my friend! Let me know when. just PLEASE dont tell Sandy.LOL!
