I know we talk about everything here..............

This has really happened to me and I'm excited so I'm going share it with you guys.....Seen an eye doctor for a eye exam in January. She said I had bleeding blood vessels on my optic nerve. She set appt. at a retina only specialist in Columbus for Monday 9am, He looked and said there is no evidence of this in either eye. To be sure he injected my w/yellow dye to highlight my blood vessels and he took a couple dozen pics and no evidence was found, Praise Jesus! and thankyou to the ones that knew about this and prayed with me and Shari!

If you have prospects of income into the future,
get the worst house in the best street and be
prepared to do improvements over time. There are
limits of course to the state the worst house can
be in of course, but you get the idea.

Here, 3 bedroom houses will will outsell 2 bedroom
houses in terms of the shortest period of time, so
I'd go three bedroom.

Don't get sucked into 'Ginger-Bread' houses where
everything has just been done up and painted.
Also don;t go for the house with the flashest
kitchen or bathroom - people do these up purely so
they can sell them.

Remember that bathrooms and kitchens can always be
improved and if you can DIY to a certain extent,
there's heaps of good advice nowadays on the
internet so you can do this relatively cheaply but
get a good result.

Finally, try and spend a week sussing out the
house you like by just being there at certain
times of day, particularly at evenings on Friday
and Sat night - that also can tell you something
about the neighbourhood and reason people are
selling. Interrogate your real estate salesperson
like you were a super sleuth detective - make them
ear their money.

All the best

Mo

Oh, that goes without saying. Never sign until you
have a full LIM report inspection carried out by a
qualified inspector - worth every penny.

I disobeyed those rules in this current house when
we bought it and it cost me $70,000 The fee would
have been $780!
