Clifton, I'm sure you're already in great shape with the tai chi but adding strength training will make you feel like a million bucks.

I picked up a home gym (not as cool as the Bowflex) a while back and have been doing 3 sessions a week. I'm up to 7 sets of 12 reps each workout and the good news is that old geezers like us can get back lean muscle mass - it just takes more work than when we were 18. Now if I could just get rid of my "Molson muscle" mass.

Ha....Good for you Cliff.

Lifting weights is one of those things I love doing. I generally keep it at 4- 45 minute work outs a week, but eating properly and making sure I get enough protein is equally important.

if it doesn't have to be moved, i don't lift it !!!! LOL

Yep, got my Ray about six months ago at a real
steal.

the P bass just sounds soo good.

used my p bass last night, blows the ray away. man o man fender just rocks.

Has to be that fat bottom. On the Ray the flats
help a lot, but P-basses keep drawing me in.
Played a Squier P at the store the other day. Not
bad for a sub $300 bass. May have to pull the
trigger on that bad boy. The reviews are
favorable.

Hell, I may just get a Squier Jazz while I'm at
it. Kind of like a two for one. I know they
won't eclipse a real Fender, but they'll do.

It was a pity his Mrs got shirty at him when he
told her he had invited me stay during our USA
trip, and forbade him to have me there. I would
