I'm so glad I found this site.

I have played electric and acoustic for about a
year or two. Although I did play in the Navy when
I was younger
and I think I'm doing ok.

I don't know why but I decided to concentrate on
bass. Musically it's more interesting and it seems
you have to have a better knowledge of music and
theory. It also produces some bad a-- sounds.

I'm not a kid anymore (only in my immature
mind)I'm 60 and involuntarily retired so all I do
is mess with guitars all day.

I kind of got tired of electrics too many players
think there too great.

I do love my acoustic though. Just picked up a
Seagull how can you not like that.

Hopefully at some point I will be able to make
some contributions.

I appreciate everything everyone has provided. I
think it's going to get me up to speed faster.
