Schaller, Dunlop, or Ragin' Rog Strap locks?????

Call it overkill, but I love the new strap locks on my Jazz bass. It's certainly very punk...suits the new band image. It's also good theft protection at multi band shows as I can lock my bass to my rig to keep folks from manhandling my bass. A bike lock/cable fits through the ring. A bit of the paint chipped, but the bottom had some chips, and it was already cracked, so I knew some of it would fall off.

i love punk. i subbed once in a short lived band in houston - when they ran out of punk covers (god save the queen, etc) they'd punk up unexpected songs. you haven't lived until you've heard barry manilow's "feelings" punked out.

Haha...that's cool. Reminds me of "Me First & the Gimme Gimme's." If you haven't heard of them, they do just what you mentioned. Hell, I belive they even did an Anne Murray cover!!

We cover "New York" by The Pistols, because my band also happens to dislike the NY Dolls. We're getting ready to do a Ramones tribute on Halloween night, so I'm excited about that.
