My old account

I am having problems accessing my old acct at AB. When I email a lost password request they send me my other acct password. I changed my email when i first set up my old acct over years ago is there anyway to get that or reset my password or transfer everything over to my newer acct? Any help would help thanks

This question has been asked quite a few times before and I've been asked to approach the owners about it.
