I never have....
A guitarist friend of mine with a Mesa combo
bought some heavy leather-type material and
brought it to a seamstress friend of ours
She did a wonderful job
For my Carvin R600 head,I made a wooden roadcase
Makes it less scary for me when we load up for a
gig
I know all the buttons and knobs will be there and
not busted off if something heavy falls and shifts
during transport
All the best
Cheers

Hi Ed, Thanks so much for your response. I may have to go the homemade wooden roadcase route. Have a major concert opener to play in about one month, probably
not enough time to custom order one ( Tuki makes
great covers) Did you pad yours, and if so, what kind of material did you use? Thanks again for your kind response. Take Care, Doug Monroe

I padded it a bit....made sure it was tight fitting
so it wouldn't rattle around in there
