Constructing melodic cover versions.
I am intresting in playing solo cover peices on bass guitar, but i want to create my own versions of songs that havn't been done as a bass solo version. Is the best way to do this using sheet music so i can see the notes being played across more than the bass cleff or?..
There are alot of people on the internet on sites like youtube (Zander Zon is a good example) that do covers of beautiful melodic songs.. i just cant figure out the bass way to start doing this.
easier to ask than trial and error :)
