It is funny that we are having this conversation because I also am Lefty but I play a right handed bass. i never learned to play it left handed.

Let me clarify:

With regard to the video you posted,
this is a piece of "ELVIS" related
memorabilia. As such, I don't think
Paul will EVER have it "fixed", "altered",
"restrung" ... yadda yadda, to make it
EASIER for HIM to play.
Obviously, it would not be at all difficult
for McCartney to get a LEFTY upright bass!
1, maybe 2 phone calls and he could have
one "overnighted" pretty much anywhere
on the globe!
