As some of you may already know - I have just accepted a position at the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. The position is for one calendar year and I should be leaving just before Christmas or just after (after is more likely). As it turns out - they do have wireless internet access there, so I will take my laptop and still be able to communicate with everyone. I will be working A LOT, so I probably won't be on AB too often, but I will check in now & then to give a report on how living in a big tent surrounded by sandbags sucks. O' the cruel irony of living in a tent while I work in the grandest of Saddam's palaces.
