Hey Dave, I've been married twice. My 2nd wife turned out to be a slut from hell. I've been in numerous relationships, but none of them lasted longer than 7 yrs. (must be me!) Except for the one i'm in now! My girlfriend/life partner, has put up with me for over 15 yrs now, and i'm pretty sure she's gonna keep me! LOL
She's going through menopause now, so our sex life is nill. I wont stray! I love her to much to hurt her like that. She understands that i'm a man, and how most men are. She does'nt get upset when i look or have mags. In fact, she bought me a subscription to Playboy. (before she started dealing with menopause) I have a GOOD woman! Technically you might be right Dave but I suspect that if you really want a relationship to last a broader definition is needed. Call it something else if you want, but you can 'cheat', 'betray', 'disappoint', etc. your partner in many ways other than sexual. Ultimately the definition of 'cheating' will be different for every couple.

I disagree Paul. I didn't really define it I just explained it if you will. Cheating is sex, if it's not sex it's not cheating. I have grown weary of what women consider cheating. This is the definative answer to what cheating is. I will not get into samantics if I can help it. Women have worn men down into believing cheating is something it's not. I will stand for it no more. When my Ex says that I cheated on her, people think I had sex with another woman. If my woman said to you "Dave Magaro Cheated on me", you would naturally think that I was bouncing some womans head off the headboard and using my weapon to it's full potential. That never happened, and never would. Cheating is sex, it's just that simple. Now I mean no disrepect at all Paul. I'm just not going to take anymore.

I've made a relationship work. I had one for seven years. Our only difference was she wanted to be married and I didn't. That was what broke us up or I would still be with her to this day. I may have even eventually married her, but I doubt it. I never broadend what constituted cheating in that relationship. Now, the last relationship I had she thought everything I did was cheating, and NONE OF IT WAS.

Normally I'm more open minded about things. But, not this time. I am unbending and I don't care who I offend......j/k. Seriously though, I will not be moved on this issue.

When you put it that way your meaning is clearer and I agree. If a woman accuses her partner of cheating, then sex is definately what most people would assume had occured. It would be unfair to accuse someone of cheating if it hadn't involved sex.

My point was that a woman might consider other non-sexual actions to constitute a betrayal of trust which can be as damaging to a relationship as cheating.

Of course, and with apologies to the ladies of AB, women can be somewhat irrational at times. During these times even talking to another woman can be seen as cheating. LOL

When it comes to sex, I tend to agree with that wise old man that laid it down 2500 years ago:
"Refrain from any activity that will bring harm or pain to another".
Works pretty well...

lol, I've heard something similar to that -- except he would sit on
his hand until it fell asleep & couldn't feel it, and then would handle
himself so it'd feel like someone else was doing it... ... ... granted
he was referencing such an occation as an opposite to his situation
at the time. His junk was so cold he couldn't feel it, and said it
would be a good time to do such a thing... but I had to explain to
him that in the reversal, it'd feel like he was doing it to some other
guy. He wasn't so excited about it after that. :-P

I wonder sometimes why I like cats so much coz we were actually called out to rescue one from a tree ,really, well being the new kid on the block I was told to climb the ladder and get it down.
Thinking I was going to be a hero for saving this little girls cat,I quickly went for it.

OK,I get the cat in my arms,started back down,3/4 of the way down the little bastard bit me,jumped to the ground and ran off never to be seen again.

The little girl cried,I became a villain for letting it go,and it took forever to live it down.

Vern... have I ever mentioned that my dog eats cats... true. I encourage it. If the dog only had thumbs, he could take off the cat's collar before he eats them, but since he doesn't, he has to poop the collars out...OUCH!!!

Seriously, I grew up with both cats and dogs in the house, but I have only owned dogs myself. I have a 50 pound golden Lab/Chow mix now. It has a pink nose and a purple tongue. Cool in a weird way.

Now go find that young (now very old) girl and give her your cat. :)
