The *worst* bass line ever???
People are always posting "what's the best bass line", "who's the
best bass player" etc. etc.. So, I though I'd turn it on it's head and
ask, equally trivially, what you think the worst bass line is...
I was prompted by thinking that I should really learn the bass part
to Rod Stewart's Maggie May properly. But every time I hear it I just
get angry because it's such a stupid, overplayed line for a dreadful
song by an awful singer. Well that's my vote - but you get my drift
- overplayed irritating nonsense.
What say you??

I think, that worst bass line, If I can call this "bass line" is from Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams.

I can't agree with you on that one Primoz. I love the song and the bass line suits it perfectly IMHO. Oh well, to each his own. :^)

Well, after reading through these replies, it would seem 'worst bassline' is just as subjective as 'best bassline'.
Unless you all heard me play, than I would have 'worst' locked up tighter than Area 51!
