I love to write songs, the only problem is that my
crackhead drummer only wants to play the drums at
mach speed. This only frustrates me and i often
just say forget it.

I write songs, too.
I've made a solo-cd where I have written all: basslines, drums, lyrics, keyboard lines and a saxophone solo. All from a bassist's point of view.
