i think they tried to be something different, and they succeeded. you know without zack rage won't be nothing.so they tried to have their influences with a new stuff like chris'
i'd prefer rage too, but audioslave is good too.

But audioslave are a really really good follow up

that audioslave bloke whose name i can't spell has a tres annoying voice....resorts to whining incoherently....take the single, like a stone, i can't even remember the melody, NO hooks....but that guitar solo from guitar man, f-ing fantastic. I'd take rage mans shouting than audioslave mans untuned violin crappy voice. Still, at least the rhythm section's good.

i like the adioslave.
-just sounds more melodic and the guys in the band are able to show off a little moere that in rage because of no Zach. I love rage but i just think audio is better.
