Best Rhythm Section?
We all have seen many a thread about who is the best bassist, what is the best bass, and what is the best way to play. The list can go on and on and on and on and on. . .
But we all need to show much love for the guys or gals that help make it possible for us to be good at what we do. So in that spirit, I ask you fellow AB'ers, who is the groin grabbingly best rhythm section youv'e ever heard?

I'm still astounded at some of what's turned out by the Ozric Tentacles and Mute Beat...
right now, I'm listening to "Ain't No Sunshine," (Bill Withers) and the simplicity and taste of the rhythm section are a thing of beauty.

Entwistle / Moon / Townshend are very hard to beat. Other fave's of mine (in no particular order):
Andy Fraser / Simon Kirk
Bill Wyman / Keith Richards / Charlie Watts
Bruce Foxton / Ric Buckler
Greg Lake / Carl Palmer or Cozy Powell
Roger Glover / Iain Paice
Whoever played on George Thorogood & The Destroyers (neve knew their names but they were incredibly tight)

I almost forgot - Matt and Greg Bisonette's (sp?)epic playing on the Extremist would win an Oscar if such a category existed. They brought Satriani back to life!
