Fur Elise - 2 Handed Tapping

by Webb Pickersgill (801)

Pages: 1 2 Suggested Tempo: 120

This is the melody, and it should be played with only your right hand by tapping on each note.
After popular demand, here are my suggested RH fingerings:
The first 5 notes should be played with 3-2-3-2-3 I actually hold down 2, and hammer/pull the 3. This gives a much more fluid sound than hammering on each note. Then 16-19-17 should be played with 1-4-2. Also here, I pull of the 4 to 2. Using your RH pinkey to pull of a note is tough. It takes pinkey-practice! The final note in this first phrase is played with 1.
The second cluster of notes 15-14-14-16 across the top 3 strings I play with 1-2-3/3.. sliding the 3rd finger from 14-16.
The last cluster of notes 14-14-16-17 should be played 1-2-3/3 also. The 3rd finger sliding from 16-17.

Good luck and have fun.

BTW: This song really blows people away when played live!
