This is moveable around the fretboard; all it involves is the root of each chord, its octave, and its fifth or seventh. It is the quickest way to have a decent rock bass line at a moments notice. All you have to do to change keys is move it up and down the fret board. The chord progression below is simply, G C D7 G etc.
