First of all I need to say I'm happy to be back to ActiveBass after a lengthy hiatus and have already gotten to work. I've heard this tune somewhere else but I'm not sure what it is called. I was inspired to put it on bass after hearing it on a John Petrucci guitar solo from Dream Theater's Once In a Livetime album. Enjoy!
