Alternating Octave Roots

This r,3,5,6 line (in the key of A) has a lot of variety because the root on beat 1 of each measure is played in a different octave from the measure before. For example, in measure 1, the A is played on the E string, 5th fret. In measure 2, the A is an octave higher, played on the D strng, 7th fret. Another interesting twist is that the turn in 12th measure is highlighted by walk down from the 5th tone of the chord.
