Like all pages, play this scale many times. Start slowly and gradually increase the speed. When happy with scale try playing it in 3rds, 4ths, 5ths etc. until fingers bleed, then try the other scales. play them in order one at a time and just generally learn them.

This scale i Ionian, it's the major scale and can be used to solo over Major 7 chords.
