all notes on the E string are played with the left hand index finger, 15th fret notes are played with the right hand index finger, 17th fret notes are played with the right hand ring finger, 13th fret on the G string is played with either the left hand ring or little finger (whichever is more comfortable). start off slower with it making sure you hold the notes, when you get used to it just speed it up to whatever speed you want.
