Funk With Open String Hammer-ons

If you've looked at my previous lessons on string crossing and using open strings, this bassline applies those techniques to get a funk groove happening. The trick to this line is its articulation. All the notes in the first measure are articulated normally with the fingers. The groups of sixteenths that begin with an open string in the second measure use hammer-ons.

If you intend slapping this, then the articulation is thus: T-T P-P T-T-T-T / T-T T-H-H-H T-H-H-H/
