String Crossing Arpeggios

by Matthew Brown (9249)

Pages: 1 2 3 4 5 6 Suggested Tempo: 120

While practicing crossing all four strings, you can outline chord progressions you may actually encounter. This progression consists of dominant seventh chords with flatted fifths, played in descending chromatic fashion. >p> In the right hand, alternate index and middle fingers when playing the ascending arpeggio; descending, rake one finger across the strings. Continue descending chromatically all the way down the neck.
